GP&C precision UTC time reference

A high precision UTC time reference has been developed and tested in corporation with the Swedish Defence Research Establishment (FOA). The time reference is normally supported by the use of GPS but has significant higher precision then GPS itself. The time reference can also supply UTC time if GPS fails for medium long periods of time. The downloadable report is only preliminary but shows the principles. An extended and improved version of the UTC time reference is now under development and test.
